Today is Mirror Ball Dot Blog Hopping Sunday. Today’s Mirror Ball Dot blogger is Karen from Nova Scotia, Canada. Karen so far is the most prolific of us so far. She made 3 (three) pieces of fabric art using Mirror Ball Dot (MBD) fabric designed my Mark Hordyzynski for Michael Miller Fabrics. I am greatly impressed!
I liked all three of Karen’s designs, but one thing really caught my attention. She made a 3-d ball using the shiny MBD fabric. What a trip for me to see this! I remember making these balls when I was a kid, making them out of discarded Christmas greeting cards (today we call that upcycling). Oh, the memories Karen brought back to me.
If you would like to win a color card and five fat quarters of Mirror Ball Dot fabric in your choice of colors, simply leave a comment here on Karen’s blog post.
And also as a special bonus Mark has arranged for us MBD bloggers to share a 20% off coupon for shop.fairfieldworld.com good through the end of July. Share it with your friends!
